Wigs for Halloween….Please help!?
How am I supposed to do my hair up under my wig? It is long, somewhat thick and layered. I believe braids would work best, but i do not know how I should do the braids. I do not want it to look like my head is lumpy. Also my wig is kind of short.
I was in a musical last year that involved the actors to wear wigs every night. I also have long hair. What was instructed was to make ringlets.
1. take a 1 to 2 inch section of your hair and seperate it from the other hairs.
2. Twist the hair around your finger until it is tight.
3. Continue twisting as you lower your hand to your skull
4. This should create a small coil of hair that should be secured with bobby pins.
If you make coils with all of your hair, though tedious, it makes the wig look more natural. Also, if you do it this way, there will not be any lumps.
