Should I get my extremely thick, long dark hair cut into a bob?
I have really thick brown hair and for years I’ve worn it in layers; it’s fairly long, and reaches past my shoulders.
But I really feel like a change! Am very tempted to have a bob, maybe to about jaw length, or just past the jaw. Everyone always says I have a tiny face and my chin is very pointed, so am hoping a bob might look OK.
Am just wondering, though, if men really do prefer long hair on women – I think shorter hair can be much cuter!

I’ve got thick curly hair (that I usually straighten) that was long and I recently had it cut to above the shoulders in a bob. It’s so much easier to deal with and in much healthier condition. I think bobs are much more in fashion right now and generally suit any hair type as there are so many products and straighteners available nowadays, anyone can have a sleek bob. Don’t worry about what the men prefer, if you fancy a bob – go for it! I don’t think a few inches of hair length would make any difference to any guy that liked you.
