Fashion Tips? (again)?

I really need help. I want to stand out at school, I want people to notice me. I have really dark brown hair and kinda tan skin( I got lighter during the fall and spring.) Also I’m 12. Yes I am a girl! Also I’m not fat or skinny. I need to loose waight I think.But all in all I need help with my hair, clothes, nails, etc.
My hair is long and wavy. And I have to admit, I want to look like I just cme out of a fation show. (Kinda like the girls in Bratz. The movie with real actresses.) If you have any places I could go to they can’t be too expencive because…well you know parents. No offence. I also want nice shoes. (I can’t belive I forgot about shoes!!! I’m inlove with shoes! lol)Thank You.
