how to make 2 braids look really thick?

i make 2 braids on each side by seperating my haair in half.then doing that. but each side looks like a piece of hair haha well im being surcastic but wicked thin. how can i get 2 big thick braids?

try teasing your hair a little first before braiding. or put some gel in your hair and blow dry it while kind of rubbing it to make it fluffy.
