my hair is falling out from over dying it HELP PLEASE?
i havn’t dyed it for at least a month now. but a month ago i dyed it like 3-4 times in a week. and i had to cut it short to get the dead ends off. but now everytime i shower when my hair is damp it falls out, like if you just touch my hair pieces come out. and i dont know what to do i have conditioned it to death and havn’t straightened it in a week but is there any ideas to help?
I think maybe you can get special shampoos that sort of strenghten your roots. and what the other girls said, dont wash it too often, let the oils repair your hair so keep it greasy. Unless you have to go out of course, i understand you wanna look good then. But ehmm, brush it gently, but most of all just leave it alone. like give it some rest, it WILL help if you get it cut short though, easier to maintain as well.
if i were you, id go to a hair saloon and ask for some proffesional advice, they might know the right shampoo’s.
